All Ncell service code
Ncell is the first private mobile service provider in Nepal which was known as “Mero mobile” at the begining in 2004. It launched its service commercially in September 2005. In 2010, it was rebranded as ‘Ncell’ after it was acquired by Telia Company. In 2016, Ncell became part of Axiata Group Berhad. Then it became Ncell Private Limited and now Ncell Axiata Limited after converting into a public limited company on 3 August 2020. It operates the widest 4G network in the country. Ncell also provides offline and online services for customer support.

How to activate your SIM card?
- Insert your SIM card into your GSM phone
- Switch ON your mobile phone
- Enter the 4 digits PIN 1 code which appears on the housing of your SIM card
- Your SIM card will be activated after you make your first call.
How to deactivate game service in Ncell ?
To deactivate all Fun, Gaming & Entertainment services type STOP and send SMS TO 7724.
Ncell saapati details:
If your sim card is of 15 days or older then you can get Ncell Saapati. It is available for all prepaid customers of Ncell. Your sim balance is below Rs. 5 but there is no possiblility of recharging immediately then you can take Ncell Saapati easily. After receiving Saapati amount you can make calls, send SMS or use data etc.
- Ncell balance saapati worth Rs.40 will include service charge of Rs.2.55
- Ncell double balance saapati of Rs. 80 will include service charge of Rs.2.55
- Ncell voice saapati of Rs. 10 will include service charge of Rs. 2.55 with 15 minutes and has validity of 1 Day.
- Ncell mini data saapati of Rs. 20 will include service charge of Rs. 2.55 with 200 MB of data with 1 day validity
- Ncell data saapati Rs.40 will include service charge of Rs.2.55 with 600 MB data with validity of 3 days.
- Ncell double data saapati of Rs. 80 will include service charge of Rs. 2.55 with 1200 MB of data with validity of 7 Days.
How to payback Ncell Saapati?
You don’t need to do anything to payback Ncell Saapati. It will be deducated automatically from the new balance after you recharge along with service charge. If you haven’t recharged after taking Saapati, then you’ll not be able to take another Saapati until your previous saapati is cleared.
